Enterprise onboarding playbook
This document is generated and kept current by an agent. It summarizes how Meridian brings enterprise accounts live, drawn from the sources listed on the right.
Goal: an enterprise account reaches its first measurable win within 30 days, and full production adoption within 90.
Phase 1 — Kickoff (days 0–5)
Every enterprise account starts with a kickoff led by the assigned Customer Success Manager. The CSM confirms the signed scope, identifies the executive sponsor, and maps the customer's success criteria to Meridian capabilities.
- Confirm sponsor, admin owner and technical contact.
- Provision the production
instanceand invite the customer's admin. - Schedule the data migration window with engineering.
Phase 2 — Environment & data migration (days 5–20)
The technical team provisions integrations to the customer's existing sources. For most enterprise accounts this means connecting a document store, a communication tool and a CRM. Migration is validated against a sample before full ingestion begins.
Standard integration set
- Documents — Google Drive or Notion export.
- Conversations — Slack workspace connection.
- Structured records — HubSpot or Salesforce sync.
Phase 3 — First 90 days of adoption
Success is tracked against three milestones agreed during kickoff. The CSM reviews progress every two weeks and escalates blockers through the paths defined in the team structure document.
